Yoga for Families of Addiction

Yoga for Families of Addiction:

The Teacher Training

Join Jenny Ravikumar and guest teachers as we explore how to hold space for families and loved ones affected by addiction.

As yoga teachers we often hold space for so many in their times of need. This mini teacher training will help you to create a safe space for families affected by the powerful disease of addiction. We will use Al-Anon principles in combination with restorative & flow yoga, crystals, essential oils, meditation and more.

Are you ready to hold sacred space for others on their journey? Join the next YFFA Teacher Training and share your light with the world.

This certification will count as 20 CEUs with yoga alliance.

The Classes:

We are not meant to heal alone. As families affected by the disease of addiction, we often find ourselves feeling isolated and lonely. Let us come together to heal in a safe, sacred space.

    Hi Jenny,
I would love to take this training. I know what it’s like as a parent to watch your child fight this disease and the struggles that parents face everyday. I knew in my heart i wanted to do something to help and to use yoga as a tool. I didn’t know how and felt lost. i prayed for guidance for direction and patiently waited for them to be answered. Apparently i wasn’t ready till now. When the student is ready the teacher appears. So I’m reaching out as I found you through my dear friend Suzanne Borgioli. I would like to know more about the training and when you will be offering it again. Thank you for creating this training.
    Love and light
